SHIPPING

Please be sure to confirm your address when making an order. I will not be responsible for incorrect mailing addresses. All orders are shipped first class USPS or Priority Mail and a tracking number will be provided. I personally hand deliver every package to the post office. Once the order is dropped off at the post office, the order is now your responsibility. While I rarely have had issues with the post office, delays can happen. Please contact USPS or your local post office if any issues should arise.

I cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please consider purchasing additional insurance for your package. Tracking is included in basic shipping to some countries but not all.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Any packages returned to sender by the post office, due to the customer not paying customs/taxes and/or providing the incorrect shipping address, will not receive a refund on shipping costs and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer may pay for the item to be re-shipped to the correct address with additional shipping fee.

CAN I PUT A PIECE ON LAYAWAY OR ARRANGE MULTIPLE PAYMENTS?

Yes! I do accept payment plans on any item over $200. Simply send me a message under the “Contact Me” tab or email devincoleartwork@gmail.com to arrange a payment plan. 

I offer up to 4 nonrefundable payments spread over a maximum of 4 months with the first payment to be at least 20% to reserve the item. I am happy to accommodate what payments and amounts work best for you, so please indicate the time frame you prefer in your message. 
After agreeing on a plan, I will make custom listings for each payment. 
The item will be shipped after the last payment with shipping costs.
Layaway is a courtesy service to you, therefore all prior completed payment(s) for layaway items are nonrefundable. No exceptions. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS 

To properly care for your one-of-a-kind piece, take care while wearing as natural stones can be delicate. To prolong the life of your piece, I suggest you remove it while swimming, bathing, washing the dishes, etc. When not in use, store your piece in a cool dry place.

Metals like silver and brass naturally react to the environment and moisture over time and can create a beautiful patina. Sometimes metals can react to your body’s chemistry or environment in an undesirable way.
The best way to clean your jewelry is to use a clean, soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently remove fingerprints, dirt, residue, and oils. Avoid using any harsh chemicals or jewelry cleaners as these can damage the surface of the stone or remove the patina on your piece.

HOW WILL MY JEWELRY ARRIVE? DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING? 

I take care shipping all items in padded eco friendly shipping envelopes and secured in jewelry boxes. I do my best on my end to insure your orders show up at your door in perfect condition.
While I do not offer specific gift wrapping, know that my packaging is intentionally designed to look like a gift, complete with a jewelry box wrapped with a bow and tissue paper.  I will happily write a short note for your personalized gift, simply leave me a note at checkout.
A receipt is never included in the packaged shipment unless requested. Please refer to your email confirmation or online account for a receipt.

RETURNS

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. I do accept returns on a case by case basis. Please contact me within 7 days and return within 14 days to receive a full refund. 
You will receive a refund once the item is returned in original condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 
It is recommended but not required to purchase tracking for your return. Tracking your purchase will insure the item has been delivered back to me so that your refund will be guaranteed. 
If you feel your item does not fit, please reach out to me. Some items can be slightly resized. For instance most rings can be adjusted to be larger or necklaces can be shortened. Alterations made to jewelry will make the item final sale. 

WHAT’S MY SIZE? 

RINGS: The best way to find your ring size is to stop by any local jeweler and simply ask them to measure your finger. You also can bring a ring that you know fits well and have them measure it.

Keep in mind that thicker ring bands run smaller and you may also have to account for sizing up if you stack multiple rings on one finger. I always do my best to have accurate sizes for thicker ring bands (mandrel size vs ring size) so feel free to ask me any questions before you order!
BRACELETS: Bracelets are based on preference of where you wear them on your arm, but the easiest way to find your wrist size is to simply measure your wrist with a soft tape mensure. (If you do not own a flexible ruler, take a piece of string and wrap it around your wrist and then measure the string!) If your wrist is 7 inches, a 5.5 inch bracelet may still fit because it has over a 1 inch opening. Most bracelets can be slightly resized by pinching and pulling. CUSTOM ORDERS

I occasionally take a few amount of custom orders depending on my work load and deadlines. Feel free to contact me if you have a request, but please note that there may be a 3-6 week wait time depending on the task and current schedule.
All custom orders require full payment before I start working on your piece. 
I often request ring size suggestions on Instagram before starting a collection to best fit my customers’ needs. If you think you’ll want a ring from a collection I am currently working on, send me an Instagram message and I just may make one in your size!
